Are there any additional costs?
ESC Hub comes packed with everything you need to launch and grow your business. A few extra services sit outside the core plans, entirely optional, for when you want them. Here is exactly what they cost.
Calls and text messages
Calls and texts are not included in your plan. They run on a simple credit system you top up inside your account, so you only ever pay for what you use.
If you send texts to US numbers, US regulations require every sender to register and pay a small monthly fee. That is not an ESC Hub fee. We collect it on your behalf and pay it straight to the carrier.
The tables below cover the most common countries. For every other country, see the full lists linked underneath.
Call rates
All call rates are per minute and apply to calls you make. Receiving calls is billed separately depending on your number.

A text up to 160 characters counts as one message. Longer texts, or texts with emojis and special characters, are split into multiple parts and charged per part.

Phone numbers
Each active phone number costs roughly $1.00 to $2.50 per month, depending on the region. Rates differ from country to country.
WhatsApp integration is $29.99 per month. It includes unlimited customer-initiated messaging at no extra cost, as long as you reply within 24 hours. That 24-hour window restarts each time the customer responds, so unlike SMS it is not charged per message.
Business-initiated messages are charged per message. If the customer replies, a 72-hour window opens for unlimited messaging. For full detail, see the WhatsApp pricing guide.
Email sending
Your plan comes with free email credits every month. You only pay for email once those credits run out.
- Escape System Plan: $20 in email credits a month (about 20,000 emails)
- Escape Mini Plan: $1 in email credits a month (about 1,000 emails)
- After that: $0.001 per email ($10 = 10,000 emails)
Unused credits don't roll over to the next month.
Domain purchase
Buying a new domain directly through ESC Hub.

AI tools: what's free and what's paid
Some AI tools are free. Some are free up to a daily limit. The rest you only pay for when you use them.
Only the tools in the "Paid when you use them" table create charges. If an AI tool isn't in that table, using it will never cost you anything.
Some free tools have a daily limit. If you reach it, the tool stops working until the limit resets 24 hours later. You won't be charged, and it won't switch to a paid version.

Reviews AI: if you rewrite the AI suggestion yourself before sending, it counts as your own reply and there's no charge.
Conversation AI and Voice AI - how the cost is worked out
Both are charged on real usage, so the exact cost depends on the AI model you pick and how long the conversation runs. Longer chats cost more because the AI rereads the conversation each time it replies.

Cost depends on the model you pick and how much text goes in and comes out. These rates use a common baseline model. Other models cost more or less.

What "fair use" means
Free and unlimited means normal business use. It doesn't cover running the tools nonstop, using them to overload the system, or using them for someone else's business. If usage goes well past normal, we may slow it down, limit it, or ask you to move to a higher plan. See section 1.11 of our Terms of Service.
