If you're ready to take your business to the next level, and want even more functionality, we have a number of additional services (entirely optional) that can be used at an additional cost.
Calls or SMS Messages
Use of our Telephone System and SMS functionality is not included in our plans. These are an additional fee and are charged via a credit system that can be recharged within your account.
Within the US, Government regulations also require all users of SMS services to register and pay a small monthly fee. This is not a ESC fee, however we collect this on behalf of our customers and pay it directly to the appropriate party.

Phone Numbers are charged at approx $1.00-$2.50/mth depending on the region.
Rates differ per region.
WhatsApp integration is charged at $29.99/mth.
It includes unlimited FREE Customer Initiated messaging, providing the business responds within 24 hours. This 24 hour window restarts each time the Customer responds. Unlike SMS it is not charged per message.
Business Initiated messages are charged per message. If the customer responds a window of 72 hours for unlimited messaging begins.

Premium Triggers & Actions cost $0.02/action. $10 = 500 actions
Workflow AI costs $0.06/action. $10 = 165 prompts. $10 = 165 prompts. First 100 Free
Content AI costs $0.18/1000 words and $0.12/image. $10 = 55,000 words
All Premium Services are entirely optional and are an add on service for Users that wish to use them. They are not a necessary part of the core system.
