REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

1. Introduction

This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) outlines the conditions for canceling your subscription and the circumstances under which refunds are or are not available when using the ESC Hub platform operated by Launch Point LLC.

By maintaining an active subscription, you acknowledge and agree that all payments made prior to Launch Point LLC receiving and processing your official cancellation request are strictly non-refundable, regardless of account usage or access.


2. Cancellation Procedure

To cancel your ESC Hub subscription, you must submit an Account Cancellation Request using the official Cancellation Request Form.

The form is available at: www.eschub.com/cancel-request

It is also accessible within your ESC Hub account under the Account Management section.

This automated form is the sole method for submitting cancellation requests. Requests submitted through email, chat, support messages, or any method other than the designated form are not valid and do not constitute cancellation.

Your cancellation is effective only when the form has been successfully submitted and processed.


3. Timing Requirements

You must submit your cancellation request at least 24 hours before your next subscription payment is scheduled to be processed.

Submitting the request less than 24 hours before the billing date may result in your payment being processed before your cancellation request is received.


Any payment processed before we receive and process your cancellation request is non-refundable.

You are solely responsible for tracking your billing schedule and submitting the cancellation form within the required timeframe.


4. Confirmation of Cancellation

Once your cancellation request has been processed, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your account.

This confirmation serves as proof of your cancellation. If you do not receive the confirmation email, your cancellation may not have been completed.
It is your responsibility to verify receipt of this confirmation.


5. Billing and Continued Access

If the cancellation form at www.eschub.com/cancel-request is not submitted at least 24 hours before your upcoming billing date, your subscription may renew and the related payment will be charged.

Payments made without proper submission of the cancellation form are non-refundable, and your subscription will remain active through the paid billing period.

Failure to use the designated cancellation form will result in continued billing and account access.


6. Refund Policy

All payments made to Launch Point LLC for ESC Hub subscriptions are non-refundable.


This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Payments processed before your cancellation request is received

  • Payments processed when the cancellation request is submitted within 24 hours of the billing date

  • Payments made where the cancellation form was not used

  • Payments made for accounts that remain active due to failure to submit the designated form

No refunds or exceptions will be issued once a payment has been processed.

We strongly advise submitting your cancellation request well before your next billing cycle to prevent unintended charges.


7. Minimum Commitment Plans

Certain subscription plans, such as annual agreements or other minimum-term arrangements, may include a non-cancellable minimum commitment period.

If your plan includes such a term, it cannot be canceled until the full commitment period has been satisfied.


You remain responsible for all payments due during the commitment period, and all such payments are non-refundable.
