Stay in the Flow - Key Usability Fixes Now Live in Conversations
Small friction points in a busy workday add up fast. ESC Hub has rolled out a set of usability improvements to Conversations that remove some of the most common interruptions - so you can stay focused and keep things moving without losing your place.
What's changed
Viewing a call transcript used to push the contact details panel out of view, meaning you couldn't update information while reviewing the call. That's fixed. Transcripts now open in the centre panel, so you can read the transcript and update contact details at the same time.
If a contact shares their email address during a call, you can now add it to their record and send an email immediately - without refreshing the page. Previously, updating the email field mid-call required a page refresh, which would disconnect the call entirely. That interruption is gone.
The call option has also been restored when starting a new conversation using the Create New Conversation button. It was previously missing from the centre panel, meaning you had to find another route to initiate a call. It's back where it should be.
Finally, translation improvements have been made across the Conversations interface. Some parts of the page were previously untranslated, and longer text in certain languages was causing layout issues. Both have been resolved - with better text handling and tooltips added for consistency across all languages.

Where to find it
All improvements are live inside Conversations in your ESC Hub account. No settings to change - just open Conversations and you'll notice the difference straight away.
Why it matters
When you're on a call with a lead or client, the last thing you need is the platform getting in your way. These updates make sure Conversations works the way you'd expect it to - smoothly, without interruptions, and with everything you need right in front of you.
