How to Use SMS AI in Your Workflow

Follow these simple steps to start using the SMS AI feature:

1. Choose SMS in Workflow

Start by selecting the SMS action in your existing workflow setup.

2. Enable the AI Writer

Click the "Write with AI" button to launch the AI-powered message assistant.

3. Describe Your Message

In the prompt box, type a short description of what you want the SMS to say.

• Example: "Write a promotional SMS asking user to utilise holiday season discount and purchase Christmas themed merchandise."

4. Select a Tone (Optional)

Choose a tone for your message if you'd like to adjust how it sounds:

• Neutral (default)

• Friendly

• Professional

• Urgent

• Promotional, etc.

5. Generate Message

Click Generate and watch the system create a complete, context-aware SMS based on your prompt.

6. Make Adjustments (If Needed)

Not happy with the result? Change the prompt slightly and click Re-generate to try again.

7. Use the Message

Once you're satisfied, hit Use Message to insert the SMS directly into your workflow.
