Your Workflows Can Now Pause and Wait for a TikTok DM Reply
If TikTok is part of how you engage with contacts, your workflows can now pause at a step and only continue once the contact replies through TikTok DM.
What's changed
TikTok Interactive Messenger is now available as a reply channel in the Wait - Until the contact replies workflow action. When a workflow reaches this step with TikTok selected, it holds the contact there until a valid TikTok DM reply is received - then continues automatically.
To use it, add a Wait action to your workflow, select Until the contact replies as the wait type, and choose TikTok Interactive Messenger in the Reply to field.

Why it matters
Reply-based automation is most effective when it covers the channels your contacts actually use. If you are running outreach or follow-up sequences through TikTok DMs, being able to build a wait step around a TikTok reply means your workflow responds to real engagement rather than moving forward on a timer regardless of whether the contact has engaged.
