Your Workflow Triggers Now Show Enrollment Stats at a Glance
Ever set up a workflow and wondered why certain contacts aren't making it through? Now you can find out without leaving the builder.
ESC Hub has improved the Trigger Stats experience inside your workflow builder, so you can see exactly how contacts are moving through each trigger - right where you're already working.
What's changed
When you click on a trigger inside your workflow, you'll now see a built-in stats section that gives you a quick snapshot of enrollment activity. No need to dig through separate reports or guess what's happening.
From that stats view you can see:
Contacts attempted - how many contacts triggered the workflow
Matched contacts - those who met your filter criteria and were enrolled
Unmatched contacts - those who were blocked by a filter and why
Top unmatched reasons - the most common reasons contacts are being excluded
Contact-level detail - search for a specific contact to check whether they matched and why they didn't enroll

Why it matters
If your workflow isn't performing the way you expected, the trigger is usually the first place to look. Are the right contacts being enrolled? Are your filters too strict? Is something blocking people who should be getting your emails or follow-ups?
Before this update, answering those questions took time. Now you can spot the issue in seconds and fix it on the spot.
How to use it
Open any workflow inside ESC Hub
Click on the trigger in the builder
Open the stats section to view enrollment activity

Available in both the standard and advanced workflow builder.
Log in to ESC Hub and check it out on any workflow that's already running - it's a quick way to see how your automations are actually performing.
