Your Workflow AI Assistant Can Now Answer Analytics Questions Too
The AI Assistant in ESC Hub Workflows has always been able to help you build and edit automations. It can now do something more - answer questions about how your workflows are actually performing.
What's changed
The AI Assistant now includes an Analytics and Discovery capability. Ask it a plain-language question about any workflow in your account and it pulls live data to answer you - no digging through execution logs, no manual filtering.
You can ask about performance and get a status breakdown - completed, failed, waiting, skipped - along with completion rate, goal conversions, and trend data by week, day, or hour. You can ask about email or SMS steps and get delivery and engagement metrics including open rates, clicks, bounces, and unsubscribes.
For if/else and split steps, the assistant shows what percentage of contacts took each branch. For contact tracking, you can ask who entered a workflow last week, who failed at a specific step, or where a particular contact is right now. Trigger diagnostics show whether a trigger is firing, what percentage of fires are qualifying, and the top reasons contacts get rejected.
You can also search across all your workflows by name, status, tags, triggers, or actions - without leaving the canvas.
The assistant reads your workflows. It never modifies them when answering analytics questions. When data is not available, it says so clearly rather than inventing figures.

Understanding how a workflow is performing used to mean navigating execution logs and piecing together data manually. Now you ask and get a structured answer in plain language - from inside the workflow itself.
