Your Standard Workflow Builder Now Supports Keyboard Shortcuts
If you spend a lot of time building and editing workflows, this one will save you a noticeable amount of clicking. The standard workflow builder in ESC Hub now supports keyboard shortcuts - covering everything from copying and pasting nodes to zooming, navigating, and saving.
What's changed
Shortcuts are now available across five areas of the standard builder: Edit, View, Navigation, Tools, and Essential actions. Here is a quick overview of what is available:
Edit
Copy, cut, and paste selected nodes - ⌘/Ctrl + C, X, V
Copy or move all actions from a selected node onward - ⌘/Ctrl + Shift + C or X
View
Zoom in and out - + and -
Zoom to 100% - 0
Fit the full workflow into view - 1
Navigation
Select all nodes, actions, or triggers - ⌘/Ctrl + A and variations
Move between nodes using the arrow keys
Select upstream or downstream nodes - Shift + ↑ or ↓
Tools
Delete selected nodes or all actions from a node onward - Del or ⌘/Ctrl + Del
Open the trigger or action panel - Shift + Tab or Tab
Save the workflow - ⌘/Ctrl + S
Some shortcuts require a node to be selected first before they will work.

Why it matters
Building workflows involves a lot of the same actions repeated - copying a sequence, moving between steps, saving as you go. Every one of those actions used to mean reaching for the mouse. With shortcuts in place, you can stay in flow and move through larger workflows much faster without constantly switching between keyboard and clicks.
Open any workflow in the standard builder in your ESC Hub account to start using them straight away.
