If you use the AI Builder to set up your workflows, editing If/Else branches just became a lot more reliable. ESC Hub has rolled out full If/Else edit support in the AI Workflow Builder - so you can now add, remove, and update branches, segments, conditions, operators, and values directly through the AI Builder without hitting dead ends.

What's changed

• Multi-level edits at the branch, segment, and condition level now all work reliably

• Compound edits are handled in a single request - for example, adding a condition and changing an operator at the same time

• When a request on a complex If/Else node is unclear, the AI Builder now triggers a clarification prompt instead of failing silently

• Edit type and target identification has been improved, which eliminates misclassification issues that could send your workflow in the wrong direction

Why it matters

If/Else branches are at the heart of most automations - they're how you make sure the right people get the right message at the right time. When editing them was unreliable, it slowed everything down. These fixes mean you can build and adjust your workflows with more confidence and less second-guessing.
