Turn Call Recordings Into Follow-Ups Automatically With Fathom
If you use Fathom to record your calls, those recordings can now do a lot more than sit in a folder. ESC Hub workflows can now connect directly to Fathom - so the moment a call ends, your follow-up can start on its own.
What's changed
Fathom triggers and actions are now available inside the ESC Hub workflow builder. You can connect your Fathom account directly and start building automations around your meeting recordings.
There are three actions available:
List Recordings - retrieve available recordings from your connected Fathom account
Fetch Transcript - pull the full transcript from any recording into your workflow
Fetch Summary - grab the AI-generated summary to use in follow-ups, task creation, or internal notifications
There's also a trigger - New Recording - which fires automatically once a meeting recording has been processed in Fathom, giving you the metadata, transcript details, and more to work with.
To get started, go to the workflow builder, search for Fathom, select any trigger or action, and click Connect Now to link your account. You can also connect via Settings - Integrations.









Why it matters
Manual follow-up after calls takes time you don't have. This update means your workflows can handle it - whether that's sending a personalised email based on what was discussed, creating tasks from action items, or notifying your team. Less admin. More done.
