Your online store already knows how many of each item you have left. Now your automations can use that number too.

The Abandoned Cart and Order Fulfilled triggers can now filter on Available Quantity, and you can drop that quantity (or the price) straight into your workflow actions as a custom value.

So you can treat a nearly sold-out product differently from one you have plenty of. That's the whole idea.

What this lets you do

A couple of everyday examples:

• Someone abandons a cart with a product that's almost gone - send a gentle "only a few left" nudge.
• An order comes in and stock drops low - fire an internal alert so you can reorder before you run out.
• Pull the current quantity or price into an email or message so the customer sees real, up-to-date numbers.

How to set it up

Start a workflow and add either the Abandoned Cart or Order Fulfilled trigger. These are the two that support the new filter.

Now add your filters. They nest in a set order, so follow it top to bottom:

1. Add Global Products.
2. Choose a single Price.
3. Then set Available Quantity - pick your condition (like less than, or greater than) and type in the number.

In the screenshot below you'll see that Global Products, Price and Available Quantity stack in that exact order.

Once your trigger is sorted, you can use Available Quantity or Price as a custom value inside your workflow actions. So when you're writing an email or a notification, you can insert the live number rather than typing something you'll have to keep updating.

A few honest notes

This is the first version, so a couple of limits for now:

• It supports a single Price and a single numeric quantity value at a time.
• Price and Available Quantity aren't available inside If/Else blocks yet.

Even with those limits, this covers most of the "do something different when stock is low" jobs you'd want. Pick one product that matters to you and build a simple low-stock automation - it'll take you a few minutes and it runs itself from there.
