The Workflow AI Builder Now Generates Without the Errors
If you've used the Workflow AI Builder to create automations inside ESC Hub, you may have hit a wall - a workflow that failed to generate, a branch that didn't appear, or a process that simply didn't build the way you expected.
Those errors are now gone.
What's changed
The ESC Hub team has shipped major reliability improvements to the Workflow AI Builder. Two specific issues have been fixed - and the results are significant.
The first fix eliminates conditional generation errors entirely. Previously, the AI Builder would fail when attempting to create branches or actions involving conditions - things like If/Else logic, wait conditions, contact reply triggers, and decision-maker steps. These failures caused entire workflows to fall over during creation. The error rate on conditional generation is now 0%.
The second fix addresses node generation failures. Valid workflow steps were failing to generate at around a 3.5% rate, bringing whole workflows down with them. That figure has dropped to 0.35% - a 10x improvement - even as the volume of workflows being built has tripled since the feature went live.
Why it matters for your business
Automation is only useful when it works. If you're building a follow-up sequence, an onboarding flow, or a lead nurture process and the workflow fails mid-build, that's time lost and momentum gone.
These fixes mean you can build with the AI Builder and trust that what you create will actually generate correctly. Less troubleshooting. Less starting over. More time focused on running your business.
The team is continuing to improve AI Builder reliability as more members use it - so expect it to keep getting better from here.
