The Add Notes workflow action has been updated to match the latest contact note enhancements. You can now include an optional note title and select a note colour when creating notes through a workflow - keeping workflow-created notes consistent with how notes work across the rest of your Contacts experience.

Both fields are optional, so existing workflows continue to run exactly as they do now. Nothing breaks - you just have more to work with when you need it.

What's Changed

• Add an optional title to any note created via the Add Notes workflow action

• Select a note colour to visually organise notes by type, priority, or category

• Existing workflows are unaffected - note title and colour are optional fields

How to Use It

Open a workflow and add or edit the Add Notes action. Add a note title and select a colour as needed. Save and publish the workflow.

Why It Matters

Workflow-created notes now match the richer note experience available in Contacts directly. Teams can add more context to automated notes and organise them visually - making it easier to scan a contact record and understand what's happened at a glance.
