Stop Appointments Landing at the Wrong Time With the New Timezone Field
If you use the Book Appointment action in your workflows to schedule appointments automatically, you may have experienced bookings landing at the wrong time for contacts in different regions. ESC Hub has added a Timezone field to fix that.
What's changed
The Book Appointment workflow action now includes a Timezone field. You can set a fixed timezone or use a dynamic value - including the contact's timezone - so the start date and time is interpreted correctly when the action runs.
When the action fires, the Start Date and Time is read using the selected timezone, and the appointment is booked for the correct absolute time. If no timezone is selected, the action defaults to the account timezone as before.
To use it, open the Book Appointment action in a workflow, set your Start Date and Time, and choose a fixed timezone or select Contact Timezone from the dynamic value options.

Why it matters
Dynamic appointment times without timezone context can be interpreted in the wrong timezone - causing bookings to land hours off for contacts in different regions. This update gives you direct control so appointments are always scheduled at the time you actually intend.
