Smarter Workflow Version History
How It Works
Version History in the Workflow Builder has been enhanced to work smoothly across both the Standard Builder and the Advanced Builder.
Each saved workflow version now remembers which builder it was originally created in.
When you restore a version, the system automatically opens the correct builder and loads that exact version.
This prevents layout conflicts or structural issues that could happen when switching between builders manually.

How to Use It
Open a workflow
Go to Version History
Select the version you want to view or restore
Click Restore
The system will automatically switch to the correct builder and load the selected version.
No manual builder switching required.
Why This Matters
Many users move between the Standard Builder and the Advanced Builder while developing workflows.
Previously, restoring older versions could cause confusion because the builder context wasn’t preserved.
Now every saved version remembers where it came from.
This means:
No builder mismatches
No lost structure or layout issues
More reliable workflow restoration
Your workflow opens exactly as it was originally built.
Use Cases
Workflow Rollbacks
Restore a previous version without worrying about builder compatibility.
Builder Migration Testing
Experiment with Advanced Builder changes while keeping Standard Builder versions safe.
Workflow Debugging
Revert to a stable version quickly when testing automations.
Team Collaboration
Different team members can safely work across both builders.
