How It Works

ESC Hub now includes new Asana workflow actions that allow you to find projects and sections automatically.

Instead of manually entering project or section IDs, you can now search for them directly within your workflows.

You can:

• Find an Asana project by name and retrieve its ID
• Find sections within that project dynamically
• Use this data in the next steps of your workflow

This means your workflows can now interact with Asana in a more flexible and automated way.

How to Use It

To use the new Asana actions:

1. Open your Workflow Builder

2. Add the Find Project action

3. Search for your Asana project by name

4. Use the returned project data in the next step

5. Add the Find Section action to locate a specific section

6. Use that section ID when creating tasks

This

allows you to build workflows that dynamically connect to your Asana setup.

Why This Matters

Previously, connecting workflows to Asana required manually adding project and section IDs.

This update helps you:

• Remove the need for manual ID entry
