If you run workshops, classes, webinars, meetups, or a proper conference, you've probably been juggling three or four tools to make it happen. One for the sign-up page, one for tickets, a spreadsheet for who's coming, and something else for the reminder emails.

Events pulls all of that into your account. You create the event, sell the tickets, take payment, check people in at the door, and automate everything before and after, from one place.

Where to find it

Once it's enabled, Events lives under Memberships, then Events. That's your home base for everything below.

Create your event

Start by creating a new event. You can set up free events, paid events, or RSVP-only, and choose whether it's in-person, online, or a hybrid of both.

In the screenshot below, you'll see where you set the basics: the name, the date and time, the location or link, and the description people will read when they land on your page.

From the same place you can manage your schedule, add speakers, and adjust the finer settings without hopping between screens.

Build the event page

Every event gets its own page for the details, the schedule, and the registration. You control the sections, the layout, and the styling, right down to Custom CSS if you like to get particular about how things look.

In the screenshot below, you'll see the page editor where you shape all of that. You can also embed the page inside one of your funnels or drop it into an external website.

Set up your tickets

Now for the tickets. You can create as many types as you need, free or paid, each with its own price, inventory limit, and sales window so early-bird pricing closes on its own.

You can run promotions with coupon codes, offer add-ons, and collect details for every single attendee when someone buys more than one ticket. If someone books over the phone, you can add them manually and record or take the payment on their behalf.

QR tickets and check-in

Once someone registers, the system issues a QR-code ticket automatically. On the day, you scan people in using the mobile app - no printed lists, no ticking names off by hand.

In the screenshot below, you'll see the check-in view where each scan is recorded as people arrive.

Your event dashboard keeps track of it all: total attendance, live check-in activity, and how your team is doing on the door.

Let your workflows do the rest

This is where it gets genuinely hands-off. You can trigger automations when someone registers or when they check in, and build branches based on the event, the ticket type, or their check-in status.

Use the wait steps to time things around the event date, so confirmations go out on booking, reminders land the day before, and your follow-up or nurture sequence starts the moment it's over.
