Your Review Automations Now Cover Every Connected Platform, Not Just Google and Facebook
If you collect reviews in more than one place, you'll like this one. The New Review Received trigger used to only work with Google and Facebook. Now it fires for every review platform you've connected to your account.
That means Trustpilot, Yelp, TripAdvisor and any other supported source can kick off a workflow the moment a review comes in.
What this lets you do
Before, if a review landed somewhere other than Google or Facebook, you had to go looking for it yourself. No automation, just manual checking.
Now you can build a single workflow that responds to reviews wherever they come from. For example:
- Notify a team member the second a new review arrives
- Send an automated thank-you or follow-up
- Route the review internally based on your own logic
- Trigger any immediate action you want to take
One trigger, every connected platform, far less time spent watching third-party sites.
How to set it up
Head to Workflows and create a new workflow, or open an existing one. Add a trigger and choose New Review Received.
In the trigger settings, you'll now see the full list of review platforms connected to your account, rather than just Google and Facebook. Pick the sources you want the workflow to respond to, or leave it open to catch reviews from all of them.
From there, build out the rest of your workflow as usual - notifications, follow-up messages, internal routing, whatever fits how you work.
One honest note: your existing Google and Facebook review workflows keep running exactly as they do today. Nothing breaks, you've just got more sources to play with.
If you've been meaning to automate your review follow-ups, now's a good time. It'll take you a few minutes and your whole review ecosystem is covered.
