How It Works
ESC Hub now lets you trigger workflows the moment a customer submits a product review in your Ecommerce Store.
The new Product Review Submitted trigger fires instantly when a review is left, giving you a direct way to respond, moderate, and take action without manual checks or delays.
Instead of reviews just sitting there until someone notices them, they can now kick off automations automatically. That could be internal alerts, moderation workflows, follow-ups to customers, or even routing reviews based on rating or content.
This trigger is available inside Ecommerce Stores workflows and is built specifically for HighLevel Ecommerce Stores.
How to Use
Setting this up is simple.
Go to Workflows inside ESC Hub.
Add a new trigger and select Product Review Submitted under Ecommerce Stores.
Choose the Ecommerce Store the review applies to.
Apply filters to control which reviews trigger the workflow.
Build your automation steps based on the review details.
Once active, the workflow runs automatically every time a review is submitted that matches your criteria.







Available Filters
You have full control over which reviews trigger automation.
Available filters include:
• Global Product
Trigger only when reviews are submitted for a specific product.
• Review Content
Filter based on review text, with conditions like contains or does not contain.
• Review Headline
Target reviews based on headline text.
• Review Rating
Trigger workflows based on star ratings, for example only 1–2 star reviews or only 5 star reviews.
• Store Name
Run workflows only for reviews submitted to a specific store.
• User Email and Name
Target or route reviews based on who submitted them.
These filters make it easy to build highly targeted, intentional automations instead of blanket responses.
