Your Workflow Shortcuts Now Only Show Actions That Actually Fit
You build a Contact workflow, pin the actions you use most, and get on with your day. Then you open a Company or Custom Object workflow and those same Contact shortcuts are sitting there in Pinned and Recent, ready to trip you up.
Pick one, and it breaks the moment you click it. Not helpful when you're trying to move fast.
That's now sorted.
What changed
The Actions and Triggers sidebar now checks what kind of workflow you're in before it shows you anything. Pinned and Recent list only the actions and triggers that actually work in the workflow you have open.
Contact actions stay in Contact workflows. Company actions stay in Company workflows. Custom object actions stay in the workflows built for them. Anything that doesn't apply is hidden, so you can't grab a shortcut that fails on you.
In the screenshot below, you'll see the Pinned and Recent sections showing only the shortcuts that fit the current workflow.

A couple of things worth knowing. This covers both the Pinned and Recent sections. And your pins are all still there - they're just hidden in the workflows where they wouldn't work, and they'll show up again the moment you're back in the right type.
The full action and trigger list below these sections was already correct, so nothing's changed there.
What you need to do
Nothing. This is already live across your workflows. Next time you open one, the shortcuts you see will be the ones you can actually use.
A small fix, but it's one less thing to second-guess when you're building.
