What's changed

Conversations AI now drafts a suggested reply in the background the moment a new message arrives - before you even open the conversation. By the time you click in, the suggestion is already waiting for you in a redesigned suggestion card.

From there you can accept it as-is in one click, tweak the wording to match your voice, or rewrite it entirely. Nothing is ever sent automatically - every suggestion is a draft, and the final decision is always yours. If a newer message comes in while you are reviewing, the suggestion refreshes automatically to stay relevant.
