Never Lose a Call - Inbound Calls Now Fall Back to Voicemail
Missing a call because no forwarding number was set up is frustrating - for you and for the person trying to reach you. ESC Hub has fixed that. Inbound calls to numbers with no user or forwarding number configured will now route to voicemail instead of being rejected outright.
What's changed
Previously, if a call came in and there was no forwarding setup in place, the call would simply be rejected. The caller got nothing - no voicemail, no option to leave a message.
Now, those calls go straight to voicemail. The caller can leave a message, and you have a record of the missed call to follow up on. No lead falls through the cracks just because your forwarding wasn't configured.

Where to find it
This update happens automatically in the background - there's nothing to set up. As long as your phone number is active inside your ESC Hub account, calls with no forwarding configured will now route to voicemail instead of dropping.
Why it matters
Every missed call is a potential lead or client. This update makes sure that even when a call can't be answered or forwarded, it doesn't disappear. You get the voicemail, you get the chance to follow up, and nothing slips through.
