Making changes to your SEO subscription in ESC Hub is now a more considered process - with more options available before anything is finalised.

What's changed

The previous one-click unsubscribe action has been replaced with a guided Manage Subscription flow. When you go to cancel, you now move through a structured process that gives you more control over what happens before and after cancellation.

Before cancelling, you can choose whether to keep your existing SEO fixes in place or revert them. You can also choose to cancel immediately or schedule the cancellation for the end of your current billing cycle. If you have scheduled a cancellation and change your mind, you can reverse it directly in the app using Keep My Subscription - no need to contact support.

Subscription changes are also now tracked more clearly behind the scenes for better visibility and consistency.

To access it, go to SEO - Settings - Manage Subscription and follow the cancellation flow.

Why it matters

A one-click unsubscribe with no confirmation or options leaves too much room for accidental cancellations and unintended changes to your SEO setup. This update gives you the information and choices you need to make the right decision for your account - and the ability to reverse a scheduled cancellation if circumstances change.
