ESC Hub now lets you automatically follow up on missed calls using WhatsApp.
When a call goes unanswered, the system instantly sends a WhatsApp message to the caller. This turns a missed call into a live conversation without relying on complex workflows, manual follow-ups, or SMS-only responses.
The message is sent from your default WhatsApp number and uses a pre-approved template, so you can go live immediately.
How to Use
To enable Missed Call WhatsApp Back:
Go to Settings inside ESC Hub.
Navigate to Phone System then Voice.
Open Missed Call WhatsApp Back.
Toggle the feature on.
Review or customise the message if needed, then save.
Once enabled, WhatsApp messages are automatically sent whenever a call is missed.
