When you are working inside the Workflow Builder and need to check something elsewhere in ESC Hub, the usual route has been to leave the builder entirely. A new sidebar toggle removes that friction.

What's changed

A new toggle has been added to the top-left corner of the Workflow Builder that opens the standard ESC Hub navigation sidebar directly from within the builder. Click the toggle to show or hide it, or use the keyboard shortcut Cmd+\ on Mac or Ctrl+\ on Windows.

When the sidebar is open, you have quick access to other products, tools, and pages across ESC Hub without leaving the builder. The sidebar is the same one used across the rest of the platform. Showing or hiding it does not affect workflow execution.

Why it matters

Switching between workflows and other areas of ESC Hub while building automations has always required navigating away and back. The sidebar toggle keeps you in the builder while giving you access to the rest of the platform - reducing the back-and-forth and keeping your workflow in view while you work.
