Finding the Right Field in Workflow Filters Just Got Faster
If you have ever searched for a field in a workflow trigger filter and had to scroll past results to find the one you actually wanted, this update fixes that.
What's changed
Field dropdowns in workflow trigger filters now rank search results by best match. When you search for a field, the closest match appears at the top of the results - whether it is a standard field or a custom field. You no longer need to scan through a long list hoping the right one surfaces near the top.
While searching, all matching fields appear together under a single Search Results header. When you clear the search, the dropdown returns to its normal layout with Standard Fields and Custom Fields in their separate sections.
The improvement applies wherever the field dropdown is used in the workflow builder.

Why it matters
Field selection is something you do repeatedly when building and editing workflows. When exact or better matches were appearing lower in the dropdown, it slowed down a task that should be quick. Smarter ranking means you find the right field faster and get on with building.
