Faster Workflow Building in the Advanced Builder
How It Works
You can now drag and drop triggers and actions directly onto the workflow canvas in the Advanced Builder.
Instead of adding steps one at a time, simply select a trigger or action from the Triggers/Actions sidebar and drop it exactly where you want it in the workflow.
You can place steps:
At the end of a branch
Between two existing steps
Once dropped, the system automatically connects the step in the correct position, so your workflow structure updates instantly.

How to Use It
Open the Workflow Builder.
Open the Triggers/Actions sidebar.
Drag your desired trigger or action onto the canvas.
Drop it where you want it in the workflow.
Configure the step and save.
The step will automatically connect to the correct position in the workflow.
Why This Matters
Building workflows should feel visual and intuitive.
Previously, adding steps required inserting them sequentially before seeing the full structure. This update removes that friction and allows you to map out your workflow quickly before configuring each step.
This makes the entire process faster and easier, especially when building complex automations.
Use Cases
Rapid Workflow Mapping
Visually map out your automation before configuring individual steps.
Editing Existing Workflows
Insert new actions between existing steps without restructuring the entire workflow.
Branch Expansion
Extend workflow branches quickly by dropping new steps at the end of a path.
Complex Automations
Build larger automation flows more efficiently with direct canvas placement.
