Conversations AI Now Understands Voice Messages More Accurately
If your contacts send voice messages, the quality of your AI responses depends on how accurately those messages are transcribed. ESC Hub has upgraded the audio transcription behind Conversations AI to deliver meaningfully better results.
What's changed
Conversations AI now uses an enhanced speech recognition engine with better handling of natural speech patterns, different accents, pronunciation variations, and lower-quality or noisy audio recordings. Transcription accuracy for voice messages and audio notes is higher, and the AI is better at interpreting customer intent from what it hears - leading to more accurate and natural responses.
Audio transcription now also supports 17 additional languages including Arabic, Bengali, Hebrew, Tagalog, Tamil, Telugu, Urdu, and others. Existing support for major languages including English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Hindi, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, and many others continues as before.
Audio processing is also more reliable overall - with better handling of edge cases, faster recovery from processing failures, and more consistent voice-to-text performance across supported channels.
No setup is required. These improvements apply automatically for anyone who has Respond to Audio enabled in their Bot Settings.
Why it matters
Voice messages are a natural way for contacts to communicate, and the AI's ability to respond helpfully depends on understanding them correctly. Better transcription accuracy means fewer misread messages, more relevant responses, and a better experience for the people reaching out to you.
