If you use Conversations AI in suggestive mode, there used to be a small but frustrating wait - open the message, then wait for a reply to be drafted. ESC Hub has changed how this works.

What's changed

Conversations AI now starts drafting a suggested reply in the background the moment a new message arrives. By the time you open the conversation, the suggestion is already there waiting in a redesigned suggestion card - no loading, no manual trigger required.

From the card you can send the suggestion as-is in one click, tweak the wording to match your voice, or rewrite it entirely. Nothing is ever sent automatically. Every suggestion is a draft and the final decision is always yours. If a newer message comes in while you are reviewing, the suggestion refreshes automatically to stay current.

For anyone handling a busy inbox, having a suggested reply ready the moment you open a conversation - rather than waiting for one to generate - removes a small friction that adds up across every message you respond to.
