If you manage a team in ESC Hub and want to keep pipeline creation controlled to specific roles, you can now do that with a dedicated permission setting.

What's changed

A new Create Pipeline permission has been added to the Roles and Permissions settings. Admins can grant or restrict the ability to create pipelines on a per-role basis. Users without this permission will be unable to create, clone, or duplicate pipelines.

To set it up, go to Settings - My Staff, select a user, open Roles and Permissions, locate the Opportunities section, and toggle the Create Pipeline permission for the relevant roles. Changes take effect immediately.

Why it matters

Not every team member needs the ability to create new pipelines - and having that access unrestricted can lead to inconsistency in how your CRM is structured. This update gives admins the control to decide exactly which roles can manage pipeline creation, keeping your setup clean and deliberate.
