Decide Exactly What Your Client Accounts Can See, Feature by Feature

August 12, 2026

If you set up accounts for your own clients, you've probably had that moment where you switch a feature off and then wonder if it's really off. Or you go looking for one setting and end up scrolling through a long, flat list trying to find it.

That's had a proper tidy up.

What landed

You can now control access to more than 80 features across your account, up from around 30 to 35 before. So there's far more you can decide to show or hide for the people you set up.

And instead of one long list, permissions are now grouped into three clear levels: Category, then Module, then Feature. You can manage access at whatever level makes sense - switch off a whole module in one go, or just turn off a single feature inside it.

In the screenshot below, you'll see how that structure looks. You expand a category, drill into a module, and toggle exactly what you want.

You'll find this same layout everywhere you set permissions: directly on an individual account, on a plan (if you're on a Pro plan), and when you're choosing or managing a plan for a client.

Off actually means off

The other thing worth knowing is that enforcement is more reliable now. When you toggle a feature off, it stays hidden from that client account. No surprises, no half-hidden menus.

Your existing settings are safe

Nothing you've already set up has changed. All your current permission settings carried over automatically, so no account loses access to anything it already had.

Two quick notes on access: setting permissions at the plan level is available on Pro plans, and setting them on an individual account is available to everyone.

One more thing coming soon - bulk actions, so you'll be able to manage permissions across several accounts at once. That's expected shortly.

For now, have a look through your feature list. It's a good chance to check that what your clients see is exactly what you intended.
