Connect Calendly to Your ESC Hub Workflows With Five Triggers and Nine Actions
If you use Calendly for scheduling, your booking activity can now feed directly into your ESC Hub workflows - and your workflows can drive Calendly back the other way.
What's changed
Calendly is now available as both triggers and actions inside ESC Hub Workflows.
Five triggers are available. Invitee created, Invitee canceled, Invitee no show created, and New routing form submission fire instantly via Calendly's native webhooks. Event cancelled polls every five minutes to handle host-initiated cancellations where Calendly does not emit a native webhook. Each instant trigger includes a Webhook Subscription Scope filter so you can watch a specific user's events or every user in your Calendly organisation.
Nine actions are available: Create one-off meeting, Book meeting for invitee, Cancel an event, Mark invitee as no show, Create contact, Find contact, Update contact, Find event, and Find user.
Authentication is via OAuth through the External Authentication Configuration step - each connected account is labelled with a name and email for clear multi-account routing.
To connect it, add a Calendly trigger or action in Workflows and connect your account through the External Authentication Configuration modal.
Why it matters
When a prospect books through Calendly, a workflow can now find or create the matching CRM contact, attach booking details to custom fields, and send a pre-call SMS automatically. When they cancel, the workflow fires a reschedule offer. Scheduling activity and CRM automation now work together without any manual steps between them.
