Save Your Company Custom Fields Into a Snapshot and Reuse Them Anywhere

August 08, 2026

If you work with business clients, you've probably built out a set of Company custom fields once, then had to recreate the exact same thing in the next account. And the next one.

That manual redo is gone.

What landed

Company custom fields are now included when you create a Snapshot. When you load that Snapshot into another account, the field setup comes along with it.

So the structure you carefully built for tracking company details - industry, account size, whatever you use - can now be carried into every account you set up, exactly the same each time.

No rebuilding field by field. No wondering if you named something differently last time. One consistent Company setup you can reuse across all your clients.

How to use it

This lives in your Agency Dashboard, so it's for setting up across multiple accounts.

  1. Go to your Agency Dashboard.
  2. Open Account Snapshots from the sidebar.
  3. Click Create New Snapshot.
  4. Choose the source account that already has the Company custom fields you want to reuse.
  5. Create the Snapshot, then load it into the account you want to set up.

In the screenshot below, you'll see where Account Snapshots sits and the Create New Snapshot button you're after.

When the Snapshot is applied, the Company custom field configuration is included automatically. Nothing extra to switch on.

If you've been dreading setting up your next client account, this takes one more repetitive job off your list. Build it once, carry it everywhere.
