Cleaner AI Actions Inside Workflows
How It Works
ESC Hub has renamed and reorganized AI-related actions inside workflows to make them clearer and easier to navigate.
Previously, AI actions lived under a broader “Workflow AI” category, which made it harder to quickly spot the right action, especially as more AI features were added.
Now, all AI-powered workflow actions live under a dedicated AI Actions category with clearer, more descriptive names.
You’ll now see actions such as:
AI Translate
AI Summarize
AI Intent Detection
AI Decision Maker
Conversation-based AI actions have also been moved into their own Conversation AI category, creating a clean separation between workflow logic and conversational behavior.
How to Use
You don’t need to enable anything or update existing workflows.
To use the updated structure:
Open a workflow in ESC Hub
Add a new action
Navigate to AI Actions to access workflow-related AI features
Use Conversation AI for chat and messaging-related AI actions
Everything works exactly the same as before, just with clearer labels and better organization.

Why This Matters
As AI becomes more deeply embedded into automations, clarity matters.
This update removes unnecessary friction by:
Making AI actions easier to find
Reducing confusion between similar options
Helping you build workflows faster and with more confidence
It’s a structural improvement that keeps workflows easier to understand, especially for complex or long-term automations.
Use Cases
This update is especially helpful if you:
Use multiple AI actions in a single workflow
Manage workflows across multiple sub-accounts
Maintain older workflows and want faster edits
Build advanced automations and value clarity over clutter
Existing workflows continue to run without interruption. Only the naming and organization have changed, not the behavior.
Cleaner structure. Less second-guessing. Same powerful automations doing the work behind the scenes.
