Bulk WhatsApp Messaging Just Got Smarter
How It Works
Bulk WhatsApp messaging now gives you full control over when and how messages are sent.
Instead of sending everything at once, you can schedule messages for a specific date and time or use Drip Mode to send messages gradually in batches.
You choose your contacts, select a WhatsApp template, then decide how delivery should happen.
You can send messages in one of two ways.
Send all messages at a scheduled time for one-off campaigns, or turn on Drip Mode to spread delivery over time.
Drip Mode lets you control batch size, repeat intervals, and even restrict delivery to specific days or time windows.
Once the campaign is live, progress can be tracked directly from the Bulk Actions page so you always know what has been sent and what is still queued.
How to Use It
Go to Bulk Actions → WhatsApp.
Select the contacts you want to message and choose a WhatsApp template.
Choose your sending mode.
For scheduled delivery, pick a date and time and confirm.
For Drip Mode, set how many messages are sent per batch, how often batches repeat, and which days or times messages are allowed to send.
Confirm your settings and launch the campaign.

Why This Matters
Sending a high volume of WhatsApp messages all at once can cause delivery spikes, lower engagement, and increase the risk of throttling.
This update gives you predictable, controlled delivery that works better for both your audience and your account health.
You can run larger campaigns without overwhelming recipients, improve message delivery consistency, and manage timing across different regions or schedules.
Use Cases
Running promotions or announcements that need to go out at a precise time.
Warming up leads gradually instead of blasting everyone at once.
Managing high-volume WhatsApp campaigns without delivery spikes.
Spacing messages to improve engagement and response rates.
What to Know
This feature is available under Bulk Actions for WhatsApp.
Progress and delivery status can always be monitored from the Bulk Actions page.
These controls are designed to improve reliability and scalability for larger WhatsApp campaigns.
