Let's be clear about the size of this, because it's easy to underestimate. This isn't a chatbot or a cut-down mobile helper. It's your complete Ask AI copilot, with every capability intact, reachable from a text message.

If Ask AI can do it on the web, it can now do it from WhatsApp. That simple.

What you can do from a text

Here's the sort of thing that now takes one message instead of a screen and a spare ten minutes:

• Run your CRM without opening it. Look up a contact, add a note, update a field, or move a deal to the next stage. When a client mentions something on a call, log it before you've hung up.
• Check your calendar. Ask what today looks like or what's coming next, and get the answer in seconds.
• Create real work. Ask for a blog post draft, a follow-up email template, or an image, and get it back right there in the thread, ready to review or drop into a campaign.
• Set recurring tasks. Say "every Monday at 9am, summarise new leads" and it runs from then on. Nothing to remember.
• Never drop a follow-up. "Check on this lead in a few days." Set it once, and it happens on its own. Results wait for you in the Scheduled Tasks tab.
• Use your own custom skills. Anything you've taught your copilot behaves exactly the same over WhatsApp.
• Get support in the thread. Ask a product or account question mid-task and it's routed to Support AI for a real answer. No ticket, no tab switch.

Your connection stays private to you

Each connected WhatsApp number is tied to the person who connected it. Other users can't see or manage your connection, and nobody can take over a number that already belongs to someone else. If a number is already connected by another person, you'll see a clear Unauthorised message.

Every conversation is saved back in the app too. Your full WhatsApp history appears in a dedicated Dispatch tab and in your sidebar - searchable, sortable, and paginated. Text on the go, then review it properly later at your desk.

Already connected this number somewhere else? You can move it across with one confirmation. No disconnecting first, no manual cleanup.

How to connect

It takes about a minute:

1. Open the Dispatch tab (or go to Customize, then Dispatch) and tap Connect WhatsApp.
2. Scan the QR code with your phone and send the first message to the number shown. You'll get a verification code back on WhatsApp.
3. Enter that code in the app to finish verifying.
4. Message that number any time to reach your copilot. Every past conversation stays available in the Dispatch tab.

Once you're connected, your dead time turns into working time. The walk between meetings, the taxi, the queue at the shop. Updating a deal or pulling up a contact is one message away.

Client conversations get captured while they're still fresh, and "follow up next week" stops being something you hope you remember. It leaves your head and enters your system straight away.
