Run Apify Scraping Jobs and Actors Directly Inside Your ESC Hub Workflows
If you use Apify for web scraping, data enrichment, or running automated actors, connecting it to your workflows has previously meant setting up webhooks or relying on third-party apps to bridge the gap. Extra setup, extra tools, extra things to maintain.
That's no longer necessary.
Apify actions and triggers are now available natively inside ESC Hub workflows. You can run scraping jobs, execute Apify actors, and process external data directly from within a workflow - no webhooks, no third-party connectors needed.
What's Available
Triggers - Apify to ESC Hub
Two new triggers let Apify kick off a workflow automatically:
Finished Actor Run - fires when an Apify actor completes execution
Finished Task Run - fires when an Apify task finishes execution
Actions - ESC Hub to Apify
Five new actions let your workflows send instructions to Apify:
Run a Task - execute predefined Apify tasks
Run an Actor - run actors with custom inputs
Scrape Single URL - extract structured data from any webpage
Fetch Dataset Items - retrieve scraped or output data
Find Last Task Run / Actor Run - get the latest execution details
Use Cases
Here are a few ways this integration can work inside your business:
Lead generation - automatically scrape local businesses from Google Maps via Apify and enrol them into ESC Hub outreach campaigns
Competitor monitoring - monitor competitor changes with Apify and trigger instant alerts and tasks in ESC Hub for quick action
Data enrichment - automatically scrape a lead's website and enrich contact fields with business details for better segmentation and personalisation
How to Connect
In your workflows, search for Apify actions or triggers. If your Apify account is already connected, setup fields will appear instantly. If not, click Connect Now and authenticate using your API key. You can also connect via Settings > Integrations > Apify.

A Note on Usage
Apify usage is based on Apify pricing - compute and storage - plus premium workflow usage as applicable. For large datasets, it's recommended to use a wait step after any actor and then use the Fetch Dataset Items action to process the data with an array action.
