AI Workflow Builder Now Shows a Setup Checklist
How It Works
ESC Hub’s AI Workflow Builder now includes a built-in To-Do List that appears after a workflow is generated.
When AI creates a workflow, there are often a few things that still require human input. This might include selecting an account, choosing a pipeline stage, connecting integrations, or completing fields that cannot be auto-filled.
Instead of hunting through the workflow to find what’s missing, ESC Hub now automatically generates a checklist showing every step that still needs attention.

The To-Do List collects all incomplete items in one place, making it easy to review everything before publishing your workflow.
How to Use It
Using the new checklist is simple.
Open the Workflow Builder and generate a workflow using AI.
A To-Do List panel will automatically appear.
Each item highlights an action or trigger that requires input.
Click the edit icon beside an item to jump directly to that step in the workflow.
Complete the required fields.
Once all items are completed, your workflow is ready to publish.

AI can build powerful workflows quickly, but some decisions still need human input.
Things like selecting the correct pipeline, choosing a calendar, or connecting integrations cannot always be automated.
