Your Social Comment Inbox Just Added TikTok to the Mix
If TikTok is part of your social strategy, you've probably been managing comments directly inside the app while handling everything else from inside ESC Hub. That split is now gone.
TikTok comment management has been added to the Social Planner inbox, bringing your TikTok engagement into the same place you already handle comments from your other connected platforms.
What's changed
TikTok comments now appear in the Comment Management tab inside Social Planner, alongside comments from your other social channels. You can read them, reply to them, and keep up with threaded conversations - all from the one unified inbox.
For anyone managing high-volume TikTok content, this makes a real difference to response time. Instead of jumping between platforms, you work from one place and nothing gets missed.

A few things worth knowing
This feature is supported for TikTok Business Profiles only. Replies are limited to 150 characters and media attachments in replies aren't supported at this stage. Threaded replies support one level deep. Additional TikTok capabilities are planned for future updates.
How to access it
Head to Marketing - Social Planner - Comment Management and open the Comments tab. TikTok comments will appear there alongside your other platforms straight away, provided your TikTok Business Profile is connected.
Why it matters
Consistency across social platforms is easier to maintain when you're not constantly switching tools. The more of your engagement that lives in one place, the faster you can respond and the less likely something is to slip through the gaps.
Log into your ESC Hub account and check your Comment Management inbox to see TikTok comments alongside the rest of your social engagement today.
