Your Review Request Page Just Got a Lot Easier to Navigate
If you send a lot of review requests, finding a specific one used to mean a lot of clicking and scrolling. Not anymore. The Review Request page inside ESC Hub has been updated with search and filtering tools that make it far quicker to find exactly what you are looking for.
What's changed
There is now a search bar at the top of the Review Request page. You can search by contact name, email address, or phone number - and results update instantly without the page needing to reload.
Alongside search, you can now filter requests by channel - WhatsApp, email, or phone - and by status, including sent, opened, failed, and undelivered. Filters and search work together, so you can narrow things down quickly and get to the right contact fast.
Search is also case-insensitive, so you do not need to worry about how something was entered. Pagination stays in sync with your filtered results too, so you are always seeing accurate pages of results rather than the full unfiltered list.



Why it matters
For anyone managing a steady volume of review requests, the old experience meant manually paging through results to track down one contact. That adds up - especially if you need to cancel a follow-up or check a delivery status quickly.
With search and filters in place, you can find the request you need, take action, and move on. Less time in the tool. More time running your business.
