The order your pipelines appear in has always been fixed. If you manage several pipelines and wanted the most relevant ones at the top, you had no way to arrange them beyond renaming them. That has changed.

What's changed

You can now reorder pipelines directly in the Opportunities pipeline view. Drag any pipeline by its handle to your preferred position and the order saves automatically - no extra steps needed.

For more precise repositioning, the three-dot Actions menu on any pipeline now includes a Move to Position option. Enter the exact position number you want the pipeline to move to and click Apply. This also works for moving a pipeline across pages if you have a long list.

The reordered pipeline order persists across page refreshes and applies at the location level - so it is consistent for all users in that location. Only admins can reorder pipelines.

To use it, go to Opportunities - Pipelines and drag to reorder, or use the Actions menu for a specific position.

Why it matters

If you are managing multiple pipelines, being able to surface the ones you use most at the top of the list is a small change that makes a real difference to how quickly you can navigate and work. The order is now yours to set.
