You move an appointment in your Google or Outlook calendar because that's the calendar open in front of you. Simple change. Except until now, that change only updated the calendar event, not the actual appointment record inside your account.

So your connected calendar said one thing and ESC Hub said another. That gap is exactly where double-bookings sneak in.

That's now fixed for single-service appointments.

What's changed

When a service appointment has just one service on it, a reschedule or cancellation made directly in your connected calendar - Google, Outlook, wherever - now updates the calendar event and the appointment record together.

Your third-party calendar and your in-app calendar finally agree, without you having to touch anything twice.

Where you'll see it reflected

For single-service appointments, the change shows up correctly in all the places you'd look:

• Your calendar view
• Your appointment list view
• The appointment's view-details

Reschedule it, and the new time is there everywhere. Cancel it, and it reads as cancelled everywhere. No more chasing which version is the real one.

How to use it

There's nothing to switch on. It's already live.

Go to your connected calendar, reschedule or cancel a single-service appointment as you normally would, and the change syncs back on its own. Then open your account and you'll see it matching.

One honest note

This applies to single-service appointments only. If an appointment has more than one service on it, changes made directly in a third-party calendar don't sync back yet, so those can still drift out of alignment.

For multi-service appointments, keep making schedule changes inside your account for now. That keeps the appointment and the calendar event on the same page.

If you mostly run single-service bookings, this closes a real gap. Change the appointment wherever it suits you, and trust that everything else keeps up.
