How It Works

ESC Hub now includes a unified Order Fulfilled trigger for Ecommerce Stores, giving you a reliable way to automate what happens after an order is completed.

The trigger fires as soon as an order status changes to Fulfilled, whether that fulfillment happens inside a HighLevel Ecommerce Store or through an external platform like Shopify. It also supports fulfillment events from connected shipping providers, ensuring workflows run exactly when an order is actually fulfilled, not just paid.

This means you can automate post-purchase actions with confidence, without relying on multiple triggers or platform-specific logic.

How to Use

Setting up post-fulfillment automations is now much simpler.

1. Go to Workflows inside ESC Hub.

2. Add a new trigger and select Order Fulfilled under Ecommerce Stores.

3. Choose the conditions that determine when the trigger should fire.

4. Apply filters to control which fulfilled orders enter the workflow.

5. Build your post-purchase automation steps.

Once enabled, the workflow will automatically run whenever an order meets your fulfillment criteria.

Available Filters

You can fine-tune exactly when this trigger runs using several filters:

• Cart Value
Trigger workflows based on total order value.

• Fulfilled Products
Run automations only when specific products are fulfilled.

• Order Source
HighLevel Ecommerce Store or external platforms.

• Order Sub-Source
Select specific external platforms such as Shopify.

• Shipping Carrier
Trigger based on the carrier used for fulfillment.

• Tracking Number
Run workflows based on the presence or value of a tracking number.

These filters give you precise control over timing, relevance, and segmentation.

Shopify and External Fulfillment Support

If you’re using Shopify, this update brings everything under one roof.

The existing Shopify Order Fulfilled trigger has been renamed to Shopify Order Fulfilled (Deprecated Soon). Existing workflows will continue to work, but new workflows should use the new unified Order Fulfilled trigger.

This new trigger supports HighLevel Ecommerce Stores and external platforms like Shopify, as well as fulfillment events from shipping integrations, making it more flexible and future-ready.
