Your TikTok Lead Ads Connection Just Got a Stronger, More Secure Foundation
A quick heads-up: this one's in Labs
It's an early feature you turn on yourself in Settings > Labs inside your account. It works, but it's still in development - the documentation and support is limited and not everything will behave perfectly yet.
If you like getting your hands on new things early, switch it on and have a play. If you'd rather wait for the finished, fully-supported version, leave it off and we'll let you know when it lands.
If you run TikTok ads to bring in leads, your connection to ESC Hub just got a sturdier, more secure foundation underneath it. The way you work doesn't change - but the plumbing that connects your TikTok account is now safer and ready to grow.
What actually changed
Your TikTok Lead Ads connection now runs through a newer, more secure setup for handling your login and account credentials. On the surface it looks and behaves the same. Underneath, it's better protected and built to support more down the track - including connecting more than one TikTok account to a single account later on.
The best part: if you're already connected, you don't need to touch a thing. Your existing setup keeps working exactly as it does now.
Connecting TikTok Lead Ads
Head to your Integrations area and find TikTok Lead Ads. In the screenshot below, you'll see the option to connect your account.
Click through to connect, and you'll be taken to TikTok to sign in and approve access. This is the new, more secure sign-in flow doing its job.
Once you approve, you'll choose the TikTok account you want to link and confirm the permissions. In the screenshot below, you can see where you grant ESC Hub access to your lead forms.
You're connected
After that, your account is linked and ready. New leads from your TikTok lead forms flow straight into ESC Hub, just as before, and any workflows you've already built keep running without a hitch.
Nothing about your day-to-day changes here - your leads still land, your automations still fire. What you're getting is a safer, more reliable connection and the groundwork for handy things like managing multiple TikTok accounts in one place.
If you're setting up TikTok Lead Ads for the first time, this is a good moment to give it a go.
