Stop Discovering Accounting Sync Failures After Your Accountant Does
Accounting sync failures have a way of staying hidden until someone notices the numbers do not add up. By then, the reconciliation work is already waiting for you. ESC Hub has added a centralised Accounting Sync dashboard so you can see what is syncing and what is not - before it becomes a problem.
What's changed
Accounting Sync is now available under Payments - Invoices and Estimates in your sub-account. It gives you a live dashboard for every connected accounting platform - QuickBooks, Xero, and Wave - showing exactly how many invoices, transactions, and contacts have synced, and which ones have failed.
You can drill into individual records, read the failure reason, and retry the sync with one click. No support ticket, no manual cross-checking. If a record failed, you can see why and fix it straight from the dashboard.
Previously, sync failures happened silently - no alert, no log, no way to know until your accountant flagged missing records. That is no longer the case.
To get started, go to Payments - Invoices and Estimates - Accounting Sync, click Manage next to your connected platform, and expand any entity to see the status of every individual record. Hover over any errored record to read the failure reason and last attempt timestamp, then click Retry to re-trigger the sync.

Why it matters
Silent sync failures cost time and create accounting headaches. Having a live view of what is and is not syncing means you catch issues immediately - not weeks later when the damage to your records is already done.
