Your pipeline just got a lot more useful.

You can now sort your Opportunities using custom fields - which means you can organise your pipeline based on the data that actually matters to your business, not just the default options.

What's changed

When you head into Opportunities and click Sort, you'll now see your custom fields listed alongside the standard options. Select the field you want to sort by, choose ascending or descending, and your pipeline reorders instantly.

Supported field types include Single Line and Multi Line Text, Dropdown (Single Select), Radio Select, Number, Monetary, Phone, and Date.

Why it matters

If you've been adding custom fields to capture deal-specific information - things like contract value, lead source, priority rating, or follow-up date - you can now use that data to drive how your pipeline is organised.

No more scrolling through a flat list trying to mentally prioritise. Sort by what's relevant and get straight to the deals that need your attention.

How to use it

Go to Opportunities inside your ESC Hub account, click Sort, select a custom field, choose your order, and you're done.
