Ensure your Knowledge Base is set up with relevant articles
Open your Email Builder or Email AI tools
Generate or reply to emails using AI
The system will automatically reference your Knowledge Base content
There’s no manual linking required. Once your Knowledge Base is in place, Email AI will use it automatically.
