Set Up a Booking Calendar Just by Describing What You Need
Setting up a booking calendar has always meant a few decisions up front. Which calendar type do I need? Round robin? Class booking? Something else? For a lot of us, that first choice is where the whole thing stalls.
Calendar AI takes that guesswork away. You describe what you need in plain words, and it builds the right calendar for you.
What you get
Instead of picking a calendar type from a list and hoping you chose right, you tell the system what you're trying to do. Something like "I need to take one-to-one coaching calls" or "I run group classes on Tuesdays."
From there, Calendar AI walks you through a guided flow where you can:
- Describe your use case instead of guessing at calendar types
- Add your team members
- Set your availability
- Choose where the meeting happens
- See a live preview of your booking calendar as it comes together
- Book a test appointment once it's all set up
You can also ask it questions along the way, or pick from ready-made prompts, to find out what your calendar can actually do.
How to use it
Head to Calendars and start a new calendar. You'll be given the option to let Calendar AI set it up for you.

Describe what you need in your own words. In the screenshot below, you'll see how it takes your description and recommends the right calendar, then starts building it. You add your team, your hours, and where the meeting takes place, and it handles the setup as you go.

As you make choices, you get a live preview of the booking calendar exactly as your clients will see it. When it looks right, you can book a test appointment to check the whole flow works before you share it with anyone.

Coming next
The team is extending Calendar AI to help with one of the most common calendar questions: "Why isn't this slot showing on my booking page?" It will look at how your calendar is set up, work out why a slot isn't available, and tell you what to change.
If setting up a calendar has ever felt like more trouble than it's worth, this is the gentle way in. Describe what you need, follow the steps, and take your first booking.
