How It Works

You can now view Social Planner performance directly on your dashboard using newly added Social Planner statistic widgets.

Instead of heading into Social Planner or pulling reports, you get high-level social performance data surfaced right where you already spend your time. These widgets display aggregated analytics, making it easy to understand how your social content is performing without extra clicks or context switching.

The widgets are powered by the Social Reporting system, which means the data is consistent, scalable, and designed to grow as more social analytics are added over time.

How to Use

Adding Social Planner widgets to your dashboard is quick.

  1. Go to Dashboards inside ESC Hub.

  2. Click Add Dashboard or edit an existing dashboard.

  3. Select Social Planner Widgets from the widget list.

  4. Choose the social metric you want to display.

  5. Apply filters such as platform, social account, and date range.

  6. Save the dashboard.

Once added, widgets update automatically based on the filters you’ve set.

Social Planner dashboard widgets support aggregated metrics including:

Widgets can be grouped by date, platform, or social account, depending on how you want to view performance.
