Manage Fields in ESC Hub now shows all fields from your form, survey, or quiz definition - including fields that haven't received any submission data yet. Previously, a field only appeared in Manage Fields once at least one submission had come in. That's no longer the case.

What's changed

• Manage Fields now shows all fields from your form, survey, or quiz definition from the start

• New fields are visible even if they haven't received any submission data yet

• Fields added after earlier submissions will now appear in the available fields list

• Available but unselected fields show up in the Add Fields section

How to access it

• Go to Sites - Forms, Surveys, or Quizzes

• Open the three-dot menu for the item you want

• Click View Submission

• On the Submissions page, click Manage Columns to view and add fields from the definition, even if they don't have submission data yet

Why it matters

If you've ever built a form and then had to wait for the first submission before you could set up your columns and views, this removes that wait entirely. You can now prepare your submissions management setup as soon as the form is built - not after the first person fills it in.
